1. Returns

2. Product Opening Video Requirement
In order to ensure the smooth processing of returns or claims for damaged or incorrect items, we request that you record an opening video of the package as you receive it. This video will serve as proof of the condition of the product upon arrival and help us expedite the return process. Please ensure that:
• The video clearly shows the condition of the outer packaging and the product.
• The video is recorded immediately upon opening the package, without tampering with the contents.
This video must be submitted along with your return request for damaged or incorrect items.

3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned due to incorrect delivery or damage during shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will replace the item once we have received the returned product.

5. Non-returnable Items
Products that are not eligible for return include:
• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

6. Shipping Fees
In the case of a return due to incorrect or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs.
